Experts from The NPD Group spoke about the situation on the gaming market in the United States in June 2021. According to them, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was the top-selling game of the last month.
The game has shown the best selling result in the series. Rift Apart's performance is double the previous series record held by Ratchet & Clank in 2016.
In addition, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, users spent 5% more in June than in May - $ 4.94 billion. Also, sales of consoles and hardware increased by 112%, which were bought for $ 411 million.
