The prize pool of Samsung European Championship 2008 was €25,000. The champion of the tournament turned out to be the team Fnatic, and the main money reward was € 12,500.

The total prize pool of Intel Extreme Masters II comprised $122,500. Mousesports managed to win the tournament and gain the main money reward of $50,000.

In 2013 году the Dota 2 tournament G-League Season 2 was over. The prize pool consisted of ~$41,000, and the main money reward gained by Invictus Gaming was ~$32,000.

In 2014 another one Dota 2 tournament ended up. At Monster Energy Invitational with the prize pool of $15,000, Evil Geniuses became the winners and gained the main money reward of $10,000.
