Rumors: Borderlands spin-off in development

A few days ago the network crept rumors of a possible spin-off development of Borderlands. GameReactor and Jeff Grubb talked about this.

Jeff noted that in addition to Gearbox, a third-party studio may be involved in the production of the Borderlands spin-off. Gearbox founder Randy Pitchford hastened to refute Grubb's information.

According to the head of Gearbox, no third-party studios were involved. The most interesting thing here is that Pitchford did not confirm or deny the development of the spin-off, which means that the rumors may be partially true.

The fact that the studio is now working on new things that can delight and surprise players adds weight to them. Again, no details, but perhaps one of those things will be a Borderlands spin-off.
