Final Fantasy XVI development details revealed
Final Fantasy XIV game designer Naoki Yoshida recently shared some details of the game's development. Apparently, the game should suit the taste of the old-timers of the series.
Final Fantasy XVI is being developed not only for children and teenagers, but also for the adult audience who grew up on the series. Part 16 will ask the tough questions about the nature of good and evil that Final Fantasy fans may have faced.
Also, Yoshida talked about more mundane things like the combat system. In Final Fantasy XVI, a lot of attention was paid to battles, but the developers do not intend to reduce everything into a banal action game.
So far, the release date of Final Fantasy XVI is unknown, but it is possible that the project will be released later this year. The game is announced for PlayStation 5.
