It looks like Microsoft has started promoting its cloud gaming service. According to The Verge, citing its sources, the company has already begun internal testing of the browser application.
The service was previously available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. However, then xCloud was launched only on Android, and did not appear on iOS, since it did not comply with the platform's rules.
Now Microsoft is planning to bypass App Store rules by launching xCloud for the browser. Of course, this will lead to the launch of the cloud service for the PC.
