Silent Hill co-creator Keiichiro Toyama is working on a new game
Late last year, it was revealed that Silent Hill co-creator Keiichiro Toyama and several developers had left Sony Japan Studio to form their own Bokeh Game Studio team. Then there was information that the first game of the studio Bokeh would be an action game, however, the rest of the details were not disclosed. In a new video, Toyama reveals new details about his next game, and luckily for fans of Silent Hills, it looks like it will be sharpened in the horror genre.
The video features a whole host of concept art, presumably a new game, showing a lot of bizarrely twisted and mutated people, so in some ways Toyama is really pushing the elements of horror very hard. Toyama also hints that the game may take notes from Japanese films and games like Battle Royale and Danganronpa, in which the characters must survive in twisted "death games".
Finally, Toyama also hints that he is focusing his main efforts on the city and environment in which the next game takes place.
