Developers from Paradox Interactive continue to develop their tactical strategy Europa Universalis IV. This time, they announced a new addition called Leviathan.
The main innovations will be new tools for the development of provinces. There will also be some changes to game aspects like Regency and Colony.
Finally, with the release of Leviathan, the capital will develop faster. All thanks to the ability to use adjacent resources and construct buildings beyond the province's limit.
