GPD Win 3 Portable Console Introduced

GPD has unveiled a new version of its console that will offer users not only Windows 10, but also the latest generation Intel processors. Portable console GPD Win 3 is officially presented on the Indiegogo crowdfunding platform. The console starts at $ 799.

The GPD Win 3 handheld console will come with a 5.5-inch 720p retractable screen. The keyboard will be located under the screen. The device can also offer an integrated gamepad with two analog sticks, four triggers, directional keys and four buttons. The GPD Win 3 will have air intake vents on the back cover and an outlet on the top. Also on GPD Win 3 there will be a USB-A port, power key, headphone jack and built-in microphone. The speakers and USB-C Thunderbolt 4.0 port will be located at the bottom.

Depending on the configuration, the handheld console will be equipped with an 11th generation Intel Core i5 processor (2.4-4.2 GHz) or Core i7 (2.8-4.7 GHz). GPD Win 3 will ship with 16GB of LPDDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 3.0 SSD. The gadget is equipped with an Intel Xe graphics processor, Wi-Fi 6 modules, Bluetooth 5.0 and supports microSD memory cards.
