Welcome to Winter with Animal Crossing: New Horizons

For fans of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, tomorrow is a real treat. After all, Nintendo announced that the winter update will be released tomorrow.

However, not all activities will be available on release day. In order to figure out what and when will happen in the game, there is an event calendar:

• Island backup available on November 19
• The Day of Plenty event starts on November 26
• The Toy Day event starts on November 24

Also, with the winter update, new items will be added to the game for purchase for Nuka miles, the storage capacity will increase, as well as 9 new reactions and many new hairstyles will appear. How long the winter event will last is not yet clear, but it is known that the next larger update will be released in January 2021.
