The gaming community is often striking in its dedication and reverent attitude towards the games of the past. This happened with Driver 2, which will appear on PC 20 years after its release.
The PC port was developed by a group of enthusiasts who used the reverse engineering method. The creators have published the source code, so everyone can join the painstaking process of creation. The authors of the fan port promise improved graphics, modernized gameplay and 60 FPS support.
The original Driver 2 was released in 2000 for the PlayStation. The game appeared on the Game Boy Advance 2 years later and made a good impression on critics and gamers alike.
