Epic Games' litigation against digital giants is moving forward. A few days ago, Judge James Donato refused Google to move the hearing date to October 2022.
Donato is interested in both parties agreeing on a date that suits them. However, the judge does not intend to delay the process. In turn, Epic Games proposed to schedule a hearing for February 2021.
The trial with Google is a continuation of the scandalous story of the clash between Apple and Epic Games. It all started when Google and Apple removed mobile versions of Fortnite after a battle royale was able to bypass the corporate payment system.
