The Japanese corporation Capcom announced problems in some of the company's networks. They touched on email and file servers.
The errors and issues affecting the Capcom servers are related to an unauthorized access on the morning of November 2nd. This is the conclusion reached by the leadership of Capcom. However, there is no reason to panic.
Capcom said there are no confirmed leaks of customer personal information so far. Also, the problems did not affect the connection to the online games of Capcom and other sites of the company. At the moment, the Japanese corporation is investigating and restoring the "damaged" systems.
