How to Check Your Total Playtime in Clash of Clans

If you’ve played Clash of Clans for years, you’ve probably wondered how much time you’ve sunk into it. Getting an exact number is tricky. Your profile shows your experience level, achievements, war stats, and Builder Base progress, but it has no playtime counter. You can still get a rough figure through your phone’s settings or third-party apps. This guide explains how to find your total Clash of Clans playtime.

Can You See Your Playtime in Clash of Clans?

How to Check Your Total Playtime in Clash of Clans 1

You can’t see your exact hours in Clash of Clans from your profile. The profile has three tabs: Home Village, Builder Base, and Clan Capital. They show your Town Hall level, trophies, war wins, and achievements, but not your hours played.

Your smartphone’s usage stats can give you an approximate number for recent weeks, though they come with their own limits. While you’re in the game, don’t forget to grab some free rewards. Here’s our up-to-date list of working Clash of Clans codes.

How to Check Playtime on Android

Most Android phones come with a built-in tool called Digital Wellbeing. It tracks how long you spend in each app. To find it:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.
  2. Go to Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
  3. Tap the chart or Dashboard.
  4. Find Clash of Clans in the list and open it.

You’ll see your playtime for each day and your daily average. The catch is that Android keeps this data only for the last few days, so it won’t show your total since you first launched the game. On Samsung, Xiaomi, and other phones, the menu name may differ slightly, but it works the same way.

For a longer period, install a third-party tracker such as StayFree or ActionDash. These apps keep your app usage history from the day you install them, so after a few months you’ll have a real number for your Clash of Clans time.

How to Check Playtime on iPhone

iPhone has a similar feature called Screen Time. It records which apps you opened and for how long. To find it:

  1. Open Settings and go to Screen Time.
  2. Tap See All App & Website Activity.
  3. Switch between the Week and Day tabs.
  4. Scroll down and find Clash of Clans.

The limitation matches Android: iOS keeps stats only for the last few weeks, so you won’t see your total since day one. It’s enough to tell how many hours a week you spend in Clash of Clans, though. If Screen Time is off, turn it on, and it will start collecting stats from that moment. If you’d rather play on a bigger screen, check out our guide on how to play Clash of Clans on PC.

  1. Google Play Games achievements. If your Android account is linked to Google Play Games, open the list of Clash of Clans achievements. The date you earned your first one roughly matches the day you started playing.
  2. Your email. Find the oldest email from Supercell or Clash of Clans in your inbox, such as a Supercell ID confirmation or a receipt for your first in-game purchase. Search for “Supercell” or “Clash of Clans” and sort by oldest first.
  3. Install date. On Android, open Settings, then Apps, find Clash of Clans, and check the install date. This only works if you haven’t reinstalled the game or switched phones.
  4. Old screenshots. If you’ve ever taken screenshots in the game, open your gallery, find the oldest one, and check its date in the file details.
  5. Clash of Stats. Enter your player tag and open the history tab. It shows which clans you’ve been in and how long you stayed in each, so you can roughly estimate when you started.

How to Request Your Data From Supercell

The most accurate way to find your account creation date is to ask Supercell directly. Contact support through Help and Support in the game settings and ask when your account was created.

You can also file an official request for a copy of your personal data. Your account needs to be linked to Supercell ID: Supercell will verify the account is yours and send the data to the email tied to your Supercell ID. The file will include account and progress data, but Supercell doesn’t promise it will contain your total playtime.
