Apex Legends will soon add cross-play
Respawn Entertainment has no plans to leave Apex Legends fans without content. The creators are preparing for the release of the next story-driven event - Aftermarket Collection.
The event will kick off on October 6th and will bring new cosmetic items and sets as always. So you can get new items for Octane, Caustic, Wraith and others. But more importantly, with the update, cross-play will be added to the game.
Players on PS4, Xbox One and PC can now play together. Console users will run into each other in matches, while PC players will still only play against other PC players. You can bypass this limitation by playing in the PC + console group. In this case, such a group in matchmaking will be sent to fight against PC players.
Cross-play will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC (Origin). With the release of Apex Legends on Steam, cross-play will also be available to users of the Valve site.
