The well-known publication Digital Foundry continues to test the next generation consoles. On September 27, they got their hands on a PlayStation 5 with a remake of Demon's Souls.
Demon's Souls Testing Brief
- The game will have 2 modes: performance (1440p 60fps) and quality (4K 30fps)
- Ray tracing is obviously absent at performance settings, but the game almost always produces a stable 60 frames.
- The technical aspects of the game are performed at the highest level: interaction with the environment, physics and animation of characters, reactions of enemies to attacks and other elements correspond to "nextegen"
- The game looks amazing in quality settings
- Downloads between locations are almost instant.
The remake of Demon's Souls will be included in the starting line of Play Station 5. To evaluate the progenitor of the souls series in a new guise, you will have to pay 5,500 rubles.
