Online has grown six times in Leaft 4 Dead 2
Regular online in Left 4 Dead 2 sometimes surpasses 10,000, and with the recent release of the Last Stand update, the number of concurrent users has surpassed 60,000. The statistics were kindly provided by Steam Charts, which keeps track of online and other things.
Together with the release of a new story campaign, Left 4 Dead 2 can delight users with a free weekend until September 28th. In addition, the zombie game can be purchased with an 80% discount.
Notably, the update was developed by fan enthusiasts, but Valve liked their work so much that they decided to make the fan mod an official add-on. The Last Frontier tells an alternate story that differs from the original. There you can plunge into the days of the first Left 4 Dead and once again play as the heroes of the original game. The entire update is based on the Lighthouse map. In addition to the new storyline, new achievements have been added to the game along with updated animations and maps, balance has been tweaked, and melee weapons have been reworked.
