Agefield High: Rock the School, Bully’s Spiritual Successor, Gets a New Trailer and Release Date
With Rockstar Games deep into work on Grand Theft Auto VI, set for release on November 19, 2026, fans of Bully—Rockstar's beloved school simulator—probably shouldn't expect a new installment or an enhanced version of the original title anytime soon. Instead, they might turn their attention to Agefield High: Rock the School - a new game from Refugium Games that looks a lot like a spiritual successor to the 2006 game.
Agefield High: Rock the School follows a schoolboy named Sam who, along with his friends Kale and Axel, is trying to become one of the coolest kids at school and in the fictional town of Agefield. The game is set in the 2000s, and that era shows through in both the visual style and the soundtrack. Refugium Games recently revealed a new trailer for the game and confirmed it launches August 12 on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. You can check out the trailer below:
As the trailer shows, just like in Bully, players can interact with other students, attend classes (or skip them), and roam around town getting into things. Beyond the story missions, Agefield High: Rock the School also includes some side activities—like mowing lawns for pocket money and much more.
Earlier this year, Refugium Games showed off the first gameplay footage of Agefield High: Rock the School, and with less than a month to go until launch, it’s safe to say that more announcements are coming soon, including the game's price. It's unlikely that the game will match Bully's success, but at least it's the closest thing we've gotten in a while to that Rockstar Games’ classic.
Agefield High: Rock the School is confirmed to release on August 12 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
