Cronos: Lazarus Gets New Gameplay and More Details Revealed by Bloober Team

Last month, Bloober Team officially announced a new DLC for their horror videogame Cronos: The New Dawn, released in September of 2025. The expansion, titled Lazarus, reveals more about the story of the Warden, and the latest developer diary featured new gameplay footage and revealed additional details about the upcoming project.

Bloober Team has confirmed Cronos: Lazarus will focus on the human aspect of the story, where the Warden battles against the Collector. Unlike the original title, the expansion will focus more on action; players will have access to new, powerful weapons, as well as tools and abilities—including the ability to teleport. The release date for Cronos: Lazarus is still unknown, but the developers have confirmed their intention to launch the expansion this autumn. At the same time, not long ago, Bloober Team revealed that sales of Cronos: The New Dawn have covered the development costs, and the game has started to bring a profit. This was confirmed by the statement of the studio's co-founder and CEO, Piotr Babieno.
