Off the Road 2 Revealed with Massive Map, New Vehicles, and Multiplayer Features

DogByte Games has officially announced Off the Road 2 (OTR 2), the sequel to its popular open-world off-road simulator. The game is set to launch on Android and iOS in Spring 2026, with pre-registration already live on the Google Play Store and an App Store release expected soon.

A Much Bigger Open World

OTR 2 significantly expands on the original, featuring a seamless map that is reportedly 30 times larger. Players will be able to explore a wide variety of environments, from highways and hills to rugged off-road trails and remote wilderness areas.

The game also broadens its vehicle selection. In addition to classic off-road 4x4s, players can take control of supercars, helicopters, fighter jets, and even high-speed boats, offering a more diverse and dynamic driving experience.

Realism, Customization, and Physics

The sequel aims to deliver a more immersive experience with enhanced visuals and physics. Features include:

• Realistic mud interaction that sticks to tires
• Advanced vehicle damage system
• Fully detailed interiors with functional components
• A new livery editor for deep vehicle customization

A real-time day and night cycle further adds to the realism and atmosphere.

Multiplayer and Activities

OTR 2 also introduces expanded multiplayer options, allowing up to six players to race or freely explore the world together in real time. Beyond racing, players can complete missions such as deliveries to earn rewards and progress.

Release and Pre-Registration

Off the Road 2 is scheduled to launch in Spring 2026 on both Android and iOS. Pre-registration is already available on Google Play, offering early access opportunities and in-game rewards, while iOS users will be able to join soon.
