Netmarble Opens Pre-Registration for Emotional ARPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE

Netmarble has officially opened pre-registration for its upcoming action RPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE on Android, iOS, and PC, with the game scheduled to launch on April 15. Developed by Netmarble Monster, the title was first revealed in November 2024 and later held a closed beta test in South Korea in May 2025.

A Monster-Taming Adventure with Charming Companions

MONGIL: STAR DIVE is an emotional monster-taming action RPG and a spiritual successor to Netmarble’s popular game Monster Taming. Players will follow the journey of Cloud and Verna, accompanied by their adorable cat companion Nyanners, as they explore a vibrant fantasy world populated by humans, monsters, elves, beastkin, and other creatures.

A key gameplay feature revolves around capturing and taming monsters using Nyanners’ special abilities. Once collected, these creatures can be added to the Monster Codex and used in battles with unique skills.

The game also introduces Monsterlings, one of its signature mechanics. Captured monsters can be equipped as keychain-style companions that grant players various bonuses and special effects during gameplay.

Built with Unreal Engine 5

Powered by Unreal Engine 5, MONGIL: STAR DIVE promises visually impressive environments, cinematic cutscenes, and character-driven storytelling. The game also features Tag Skills, a dynamic monster ecosystem, and a variety of characters to encounter throughout the adventure, allowing players to progress through the world at their own pace.

MONGIL: STAR DIVE is scheduled to release on April 15 across Android, iOS, and PC. Players can now pre-register through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to secure early rewards.
