The Witcher 4 is currently under development at CD Projekt RED, and although the release date remains unknown, the studio is believed to be working hard on the franchise's fourth installment. According to reports, more than 400 developers are now working on The Witcher 4, and some of the familiar faces have now joined the company. It’s been revealed that Lucie Hennet is now working at CD Projekt RED; previously she served as cinematic animator for last year’s hit, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Considering Lucie Hennet's skills, she is now likely to work on The Witcher 4 animations for cutscenes. The Witcher 4 is being developed on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. The release date, as well as story details, remains unknown. The fans are hopeful to get more information this year, especially after multiple reports that the new DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which will set up The Witcher 4, is in active development.
