Four New Sega Games Will Be Released During the Next Year
Financial reports are often giving the information of studios’ plans to release new titles, and we can say that about Sega as well.
Recently, the company’s new financial report, covering the period from last October to December, reveals Sega is looking to release “four major new titles for mainstay IPs” and “maximize title potential through enhancement of "sales capabilities." It is mentioned the studio is eyeing releasing all the projects by the end of March 2027.
It is important to say that some of Sega’s announced video games currently don't have release dates—they are Persona 4 Revival, Stranger than Heaven, Total War: Warhammer 40,000, and Total War: Medieval 3. Also, the studio is working on the new titles for Virtua Fighter, Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, etc., while 2014’s Alien: Isolation sequel is reportedly in development as well. Some of these games might be released by the end of March of 2027, but currently Sega hasn’t given any comments.
