Curious George Puzzle Shop Opens Pre-Registration on Mobile

NTV Wands Inc. has announced a new puzzle simulation game titled Curious George Exciting! Puzzle Shop, which is now open for pre-registration on Android and iOS in Japan. The game is based on the beloved Curious George picture books and TV series, with a release currently scheduled for March 3, 2026.

Curious George Exciting! Puzzle Shop blends light puzzle gameplay with shop management elements. Players solve puzzles to earn materials, which can then be used to craft a variety of items for their shop. Alongside George, familiar characters such as The Man with the Yellow Hat, Mr. Pisghetti, Dr. Wiseman, and others will appear throughout the experience.

The puzzle system features over 1,500 stages, where players match balls of the same color into a single box to clear objectives. As progression continues, the puzzles gradually increase in complexity, introducing unique mechanics and original gimmicks designed to provide a more challenging and engaging experience.

Craft Items, Expand the Shop, and Unlock New Content

Beyond puzzles, the game allows players to create adorable merchandise using a mysterious workshop machine, producing items such as roller skates and stuffed animals. Completing tasks and objectives also enables shop expansion and unlocks additional characters from the Curious George universe.

The game highlights colorful visuals, familiar locations, and an in-game album featuring iconic scenes from the animated series, offering plenty of nostalgic appeal for longtime fans.

Curious George Exciting! Puzzle Shop is currently available for pre-registration in Japan via the Google Play Store and App Store. While no global release has been announced yet, the App Store listing confirms a planned launch date of March 3, 2026.
