New Silent Hill Game is Confirmed to be in Development at Konami
As we know, Konami is working on a Silent Hill 1 Remake after the success of Silent Hill 2 Remake, developed by Bloober Team, but the studio is definitely looking for more expansion to the famous horror franchise.
The company’s latest Q3’26 earnings results demonstrate the studio is looking for more Silent Hill games, as a “brand-new title” for the series, as you can check below:
"As a continuation of our ongoing efforts, we are currently developing a brand-new title in the SILENT HILL series, as well as a remake of the first installment, SILENT HILL."
Konami also hinted their new titles will not be exclusives, and instead they'll be looking for multi-platform releases.
"With networked entertainment offerings rapidly becoming mainstream, more people than ever before have a growing number of opportunities to enjoy playing games on any device.
Under this situation, we will continue to propose ways for our games to be played so that even more people can enjoy them, regardless of the device they use.”
For now, there are multiple Silent Hill games confirmed to be in development: Silent Hill 1 Remake (developed by Bloober Team), spin-off Silent Hill: Townfall, reportedly set to release this year, and a brand-new video game, according to the earnings report.
