It seems like the hype around the game is real, and according to SteamCharts, almost 50,000 Steam users have been in the game simultaneously, though for now it’s unclear. Moreover, the official game’s website, PlayHighguard.com, is currently offline, and if earlier users have seen a 404-error message, now it’s just about loading. As revealed by the IsItDownRightNow portal, the website is offline for everyone, and there is no response at all.

Although the players have been disappointed with the game so far, calling it the mix of Concord and Overwatch, and criticizing the technical aspects of Highguard, most gaming media have been satisfied with their reviews. You can check it here.

Highguard is a free-to-play first-person shooter developed by Wildlight Entertainment, former developers of Apex Legends and Titanfall.
