A Mystery Video Game is Rumored to be Announced on Xbox Developer Direct

Xbox Developer Direct, scheduled for January 22, is confirmed to feature three upcoming titles set to release in 2026 - Forza Horizon 6, Fable, and Beast of Reincarnation. However, it looks like we are getting another, fourth mystery installment to be announced during the show.

Initially reported by gaming insider Shinobi602, Xbox Developer Direct is about to feature “a secret fourth video game,” and now VGC sources are claiming this fourth game is a smaller-scale original game from one of Xbox Game Studios’ first-party developers, but unfortunately, it’s all the sort of information they offer.

Recently, there has been a report Activision will reveal a massive surprise at Xbox Developer Direct, and social media X users have thought it could be the remastered version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
