Marvel’s Wolverine Is Confirmed to Be in the Same Universe as Marvel’s Spider-Man
Marvel’s Wolverine, the latest game from Insomniac Games, is related to a different character, as they previously worked on Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
A lot of fans have wondered if Marvel’s Wolverine and the duology of Marvel’s Spider-Man are set in the same universe, and it looks like we finally have the answer, though it’s not said by the developers. However, reliable PlayStation insider TCMFGames has confirmed Marvel’s Wolverine is set in the same universe as Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
He also clarifies the universe where both characters exist is called Universe-1048. But what’s more exciting is that Wolverine and Spider-Man could meet up at some point, unlikely in Marvel’s Wolverine, but maybe in Marvel’s Spider-Man 3, which is reportedly at early stages of development by Insomniac Games.
“Wolverine and Spider-Man are confirmed in the same universe;
They’re both in universe 1048;
Wolverine and Spider-Man could meet up at some point;
Insomniac is building out the X-Men based off the leaks;
Wolverine could potentially appear in future Spider-Man games;”
