Splinter Cell’s Sam Fisher Has Returned in an Unexpected Way

The gamers haven’t seen Sam Fisher, the protagonist of Splinter Cell, for a while, as Ubisoft isn’t working on a new game in the series but is developing a remake of the original Splinter Cell game, released in 2002.

The game doesn’t have a release date yet, and other game details, except for it using the Snowdrop engine, are unknown. However, recently Sam Fisher made his unexpected return, though not in the way the players might have expected—he appeared as a DLC character for the VR game Ghosts of Tabor.

Combat Waffle, the developers of the title, have released a trailer confirming Sam Fisher’s arrival that you can check below:
