How to Unlock the Gooch Outfit in GTA Online

To obtain the Gooch Outfit, several requirements must be met before the character can spawn:

• Remain in any Free Mode session for at least 48 minutes in real time
• Play in a Free Mode session with a minimum of two players (public, private, closed, or friends-only sessions all work)
• Carry at least $10,000 in cash (not deposited in the bank — more cash increases the chance)
• Have snacks in your inventory (the more, the better)

Once these conditions are fulfilled, stay idle in an open and populated area of Los Santos. Locations such as Vespucci Beach or near the Diamond Casino are ideal, as they provide wide visibility and make it easier to react quickly.

How to Spawn and Defeat the Gooch

After 48 minutes have passed, the Gooch will suddenly spawn behind the player and steal cash. When control is regained, there is a two-minute window to hunt him down and eliminate him. Any weapon can be used, but failing to kill the Gooch within the time limit will cause him to disappear.

Successfully defeating the Gooch causes him to drop a present. Collecting it immediately unlocks the Gooch Outfit, which becomes available in the Festive section of the wardrobe. The outfit can then be equipped and used freely.
