Polish analyst Mateusz Chrzanowski from Noble Securities has revealed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will receive a new DLC next spring, and it will be some kind of setup for the upcoming The Witcher 4. Unfortunately, the source didn’t mention whether Ciri will be the main character or we will see Geralt of Rivia playable again.

According to the previous reports, Fool’s Theory studio is responsible for making a third DLC, not CD Projekt RED; by the way, it’s the same studio that is working on a The Witcher remake, announced back on October 22. Mateusz Chrzanowski also gives an update on The Witcher 4 release date—according to his sources, the game will release in Q4 of 2027, and the remake of The Witcher has been delayed to 2028.
