Bungie Will Not Make More Destiny 2 Expansions

Latest expansion for Destiny 2 called Renegades is giving the players a crossover between the franchises of Destiny and Star Wars, and it looks like to be a final expansion for the game so far.

According to the Forbes contributor Paul Tassi, Bungie are reportedly not planning to make another expansion for Destiny 2. On of X social media users predicts, the game will have “classic Destiny expansions” in summer and “collab expansion” in winter, but Tassi replied:

"They told me they don't have more collabs like this planned"

It’s interesting that last month there’s been report from insider that Bungie are actually working on Destiny 3 though the game is still on the early stage of development. Perhaps, developers don’t want to make expansions for Destiny 2 and decide to focus on another instalment.
