Palworld Mobile Set for Alpha Test and Public Debut at G-STAR 2025

Palworld Mobile is officially moving closer to release, as KRAFTON has announced the game’s first Alpha Test will begin in the fourth quarter of 2025. The update came during the company’s Q3 2025 revenue report, marking a major milestone for the mobile adaptation of the hit open-world adventure.

First Public Hands-On at G-STAR 2025

The game will make its public debut at G-STAR 2025, giving players a first chance to experience Palworld on mobile devices. This follows months of anticipation since the original Palworld, developed by Pocketpair, took the gaming world by storm on PC and consoles. In 2024, KRAFTON secured the official licensing rights, with PUBG Studios leading the development of the mobile version.

From Rumors to Reality

Before KRAFTON’s involvement, there had been widespread rumors suggesting Tencent’s TiMi and Lightspeed Studios were developing Palworld-inspired projects. However, KRAFTON’s official announcement confirmed that the authentic mobile adaptation is firmly under its banner, putting speculation to rest.

Recreating the Palworld Experience for Mobile

KRAFTON has emphasized that Palworld Mobile will deliver the same blend of Pal collection, survival, crafting, and exploration that made the original game a success. The title is being fully optimized for touchscreen controls, ensuring smooth gameplay on smaller screens while retaining the spirit of the PC and console versions.

At G-STAR 2025, visitors will get a closer look at the mobile interface, gameplay mechanics, and possibly new mobile-exclusive features. Attendees will be able to try out the game at KRAFTON’s booth during the event.

Alpha Test Coming Late 2025

While KRAFTON hasn’t revealed a specific Alpha Test date yet, it confirmed that testing will start before the end of 2025. With only a couple of months left in the year, early hands-on access is expected between November and December, potentially coinciding with or following the G-STAR showcase.
