Sony announced PlayStation Plus games for September 2025

Sony has presented a selection of games that will appear in the PlayStation Plus catalog in September 2025.

In its blog, the company reported that in the new lineup, subscribers will be able to play WWE 2K25, Persona 5 Tactica, Green Hell, Fate/Samurai Remnant, and several other well-known titles.

In addition, PlayStation Plus Premium will add Legacy of Kain: Defiance, which was originally available on PS2. For the first time, this will allow PS4 and PS5 owners to play the game on modern consoles.

The most notable title in the new selection is WWE 2K25, which was released in March this year and received positive reviews from critics. WWE 2K25 impresses visually, remains engaging in gameplay, and offers many improvements.

Persona 5 Tactica is also worth attention. The game is a turn-based strategy and a spin-off of the well-known RPG series by Atlus. Persona 5 Tactica also received favorable reviews from critics.

As for Legacy of Kain: Defiance, the game was developed by Crystal Dynamics and was released in 2003 on PS2, Xbox, and PC. It became the final installment in the Legacy of Kain franchise.

All games will be available from Tuesday, 16 September, this month in the PlayStation Plus games catalogue.
