Clash of Clans is rolling out a brand-new Mini Spotlight Event this September 2025, and the star this time is none other than the Super Dragon. Following a community vote, the fiery troop came out on top and will headline the event.

Running from September 9 to September 16, 2025, this spotlight event is part of the ongoing seasonal cycle that keeps players engaged with unique challenges and rewards.

What the Super Dragon Spotlight Event Includes

The event reintroduces the Ice Bath building, which appears in the top-left corner of your village. From here, players can collect ice cubes—some available immediately, and more earned daily. Entering the building provides a quick overview of the event and grants access to the Super Dragon.

One of the best aspects of these spotlight events is that Town Hall 7 players and above can try out Super Troops early. This means lower-level players get a rare opportunity to test the mighty Super Dragon, while higher-level players benefit from having three Super Troops boosted at once.

How to Progress

Progression works through multiplayer battles:

• Each star earned grants ice cubes.
• Using the Super Dragon (even if it’s housed in the Clan Castle) provides a special bonus.
• To complete the event track fully, players need to collect 3,950 ice cubes.

There’s also a bonus track—earning up to 2,200 extra ice cubes gives an additional 390 Super Troop Medals.

• Free-to-play players can collect up to 940 medals in total.
• Players who purchase the Mini Event Pass can claim an impressive 1,900 additional medals, bringing their total to 2,840 medals.
