Clash of Clans Hero Rush – August 2025 Event Guide

Clash of Clans is launching another special collaborative clan event, and this time the spotlight is on heroes. The Hero Rush event, debuting in August 2025, follows a similar structure to the earlier Gold Rush event but trades the gold theme for a hero-focused challenge.

Event Overview & Timeline

The Hero Rush event runs from August 13 to August 20, 2025, giving players one week to take advantage of a special rule: heroes can be used in attacks even while they are upgrading.

The objective is straightforward — gather as much Dark Elixir as possible, convert it into Pop Elixir, and contribute it to your clan to unlock milestone rewards.

When the event begins, a Soda Stand will appear in the upper-left corner of your village.

From here, you can:

• Access the Hero Rush event interface
• Track your personal contributions
• Check your clan leaderboard
• Claim rewards

Pop Elixir is automatically earned alongside any Dark Elixir you collect. Sources include:

• Multiplayer battles
• Loot bonuses
• Dark Elixir drills
• The loot cart
• Defeating enemy heroes (making Head Hunters especially useful)

Even if your Dark Elixir storage is full, you’ll still earn Pop Elixir from attacks — so no farming effort is wasted. However, for passive sources like drills or the loot cart, you’ll need available storage space to collect Pop Elixir.

Clan Contributions & Collaboration

Just like Gold Rush, the event is a team effort. All members contribute toward shared milestones, and this time, participation extends beyond the standard 50-player clan limit — up to 100 contributors can help.

To qualify for rewards, you only need to contribute once during the event while being a member of the clan. Your contributions stack toward the highest milestone, and you can keep helping even after reaching your personal reward cap.

Rewards & Milestones

Rewards are based on the total Pop Elixir contributed by your clan. There are 20 milestones, ranging from 250,000 to 30,000,000 Pop Elixir. Each milestone unlocks rewards such as:

• Up to 750 Splash Medals
• Valuable resources
• Multiple potions
• Exclusive Clashiversary Scenery as the final prize

Higher tiers offer increasingly valuable loot, culminating in large bundles of resources and premium items. Unlike Clan Games, rewards can be claimed immediately once your clan hits a milestone — but you must remain in the clan to collect them.
