Clash Royale Launches Huge Free Evolution Giveaway Event

Clash Royale is kicking off one of its most generous events to date—especially great news for free-to-play players. Starting in July 2025, the game is giving away four card evolutions completely free, one each week over the span of four weeks.

Free Evolutions for Wizard, Tesla, Electro Dragon & Archers

After recently introducing the free Spirit Empress legendary card, Clash Royale is continuing its streak of exciting giveaways.

Beginning July 21, players can unlock the Evolved Wizard through a limited-time in-game event. Each week will feature a new evolution:

• July 21 – Evolved Wizard
• July 28 – Evolved Tesla
• August 4 – Evolved Electro Dragon
• August 11 – Evolved Archers

What’s Included in Each Weekly Event

Each evolution event offers a generous set of rewards, including:

• 6 evolution shards for the featured card
• A themed banner
• A free emote matching the card
• 100 base cards to help with upgrading
• 3 gold crates for extra resources

The first week, for example, includes Wizard shards and a themed emote that can be claimed at no cost. The following three events are expected to offer similar bundles tailored to each featured card.

How to Join the Events

The only requirement to take part is reaching Arena 7, which most active players can easily achieve. Once eligible, players simply need to participate in each event during its scheduled week to claim the free rewards.

This four-week event is a perfect opportunity to strengthen your deck without spending a dime—so mark your calendar and get ready to evolve!
