Crossfire: Legends Returns with Regional Beta Test on Mobile

Smilegate Entertainment has officially announced a Beta Test for its fast-paced FPS title Crossfire: Legends, set to run from July 23 to August 22 on Android and iOS across the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. This follows a successful Alpha Test that was conducted exclusively on Android in the Philippines in June.

A Classic FPS Returns to Mobile with Iconic Maps and Modes

Originally launched in 2018 and later discontinued, Crossfire: Legends is making a comeback. This mobile FPS, co-developed with Tencent Games, serves as the official mobile adaptation of the globally popular Crossfire series — until now, only available in China.

The upcoming Southeast Asia beta will bring back fan-favorite competitive modes, including:

• Search & Destroy
• Team Deathmatch
• Free-for-All
• Melee-Only
• Sniper-Only (coming mid-beta)

Players can expect to jump into intense action across 13 classic maps, such as Black Widow, Desert, and Transport Ship, along with access to legendary weapon skins like the AK47-Beast and M4A1-Iron Beast.

Playable Characters, Exclusive Rewards & Anti-Cheat Support

The beta version isn’t just about gameplay — it also introduces:

• Iconic playable characters like Switcher, ULP, Fox Howl, and MOS
• A Battle Pass system offering tier-based missions and exclusive in-game rewards
• A dedicated anti-cheat system to ensure fair and balanced matches

Players will also be able to unlock exclusive character bundles, rare weapons, and a range of event rewards throughout the beta period.

Although iOS registration has closed, Android users will soon have their chance to join. Pre-downloads are now available through the Google Play Store and TestFlight for iOS.
