We recently wrote that Netflix is preparing a project based on the famous Splinter Cell series. Today they also announced the release of a full-fledged documentary series called High Score.

The films from the series will touch upon key representatives of the gaming industry. A six-episode miniseries will focus on titles from the late 20th century. So far, there is no complete list of games that are affected in the project, however, there are mentions of several of them. Netflix will feature Space Invaders, Final Fantasy, Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat, Sonic the Hedgehog, Pac-Man and Doom.
