Major Shake-Up at Sony: Leadership Changes Hit PlayStation and Sony Group!

Just over six months later, Sony underwent another restructuring, this time mainly affecting its gaming division.

Previously, Hermen Hulst and Hideaki Nishino shared leadership at Sony Interactive Entertainment. However, following the changes, Nishino remains the sole head of SIE, while Hulst has returned to his former role as head of PlayStation Studios.

Meanwhile, Hiroki Totoki has stepped down from his position at Sony Interactive Entertainment and will now serve exclusively as the president of Sony Group, replacing Kenichiro Yoshida.
