Rebel Wolves Teases New Dark Fantasy RPG: The Blood of Dawnwalker

Polish studio Rebel Wolves, founded by industry veterans including former CD Projekt developers, has unveiled the first teaser for its upcoming dark fantasy RPG, The Blood of Dawnwalker. A full reveal is set for January 13 at 19:00 Kyiv time, promising an in-depth trailer and a brief gameplay showcase.

Rebel Wolves boasts a team led by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and includes other key figures such as narrative director Jakub Szamalek and quest designer Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 with a team of approximately 100 people, backed by Bandai Namco.

Set in an alternate medieval Europe infused with dark fantasy elements, The Blood of Dawnwalker centers on vampires and offers an open-world action RPG experience. The developers aim to deliver a gripping narrative, thrilling adventures, and a richly detailed world.

While a release date has yet to be announced, the game is confirmed for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series consoles. Fans of the genre are eagerly awaiting more details about this ambitious project.
