During the show, he revealed that his favorite game is Secret of Mana from the Mana series for the Super NES. McAvoy described it as a cult classic and his all-time favorite, despite its niche appeal.

Secret of Mana, released in 1993 as a sequel to Final Fantasy Adventure, is set in a world where a recent war with gods, defeated by the Mana Sword, has ended. Peace reigns once again, but when the balance is suddenly broken, three friends must embark on a journey to restore it. The game received widespread praise for its rich story, colorful graphics, two-player mode, and memorable soundtrack. A remake was released in 2018, and in August of this year, a new entry in the series, Visions of Mana, was launched.
