Developers have solved the issue with the next-gen update for Fallout 4 on PlayStation
Bethesda developers, the rightful owners of the Fallout series, have announced that they've resolved the issue with access to the next-gen update for Fallout 4, which some PlayStation console players had previously encountered. Some players with PS Plus subscriptions were unable to access the update. Bethesda developers addressed the resolution of the issue through their Twitter account.
Thanks for letting us know that some PS Plus subscribers have been unable to access the free next gen update of Fallout 4 on PlayStation. This issue has now been successfully resolved. Subscribers who have previously received Fallout 4 from the PlayStation Plus Collection should now be able to access the update as intended.
Now, fans of the series can enjoy playing Fallout 4, but the update didn't go smoothly, and users are encountering a number of bugs throughout the game. Despite developers fixing them as best they can, many users on Reddit note that the experience has become less enjoyable.
