The new update for Baldur's Gate 3, which is coming out today, will allow players to change their appearance

This feature has been in development for some time and will be implemented with the next major game update.

The patch is considered "significant" and is scheduled for today, a day later than previously expected, "to ensure more thorough testing," as reported by Larian.

The development team recently announced the implementation of a stricter update testing process following issues with the release of patches that led to rollbacks.

Today's update will introduce the Magic Mirror into the game, located in the player's camp, allowing them to change their character's appearance at any time.

Players will also have the ability to change their voice and pronouns. However, race, body type, and character history (Origins) cannot be altered.

After the release of Baldur's Gate 3 on PC in August, the PS5 version was launched in early September.
