Genshin Impact Fan Crafts Stunning Yoimiya and Hu Tao-Inspired Shoes
A passionate Genshin Impact fan has unveiled an extraordinary pair of sneakers inspired by two beloved five-star characters, Hu Tao and Yoimiya. These characters, renowned for their Pyro DPS abilities, have gained immense popularity within the player community.
In the world of Genshin Impact, the game's roster of playable units and their weapons hold great significance, as the gacha-based system serves as the primary source of revenue. Consequently, fans often channel their creativity into recreating their favorite characters in various forms, ranging from designing miniature Visions gadgets to crafting real-life replicas of in-game weapons.
Reddit user Captainjic has recently captured the community's attention with an impressive sneaker design that pays homage to Hu Tao and Yoimiya, two Pyro characters adored by fans. The post garnered significant acclaim, amassing over 1.1k upvotes on the official subreddit, with many expressing their anticipation for an actual release of these sneakers. Captainjic is known for their striking designs, which consistently captivate the community's interest.
One shoe in the design represents Hu Tao, the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, featuring the character's signature red plum blossom motif, reminiscent of her iconic hat. Hu Tao's character outfit, known as Plum Blossom Bouquet, further accentuates the design.
The other sneaker draws inspiration from Yoimiya, the esteemed Pyro bow user hailing from Inazuma. The upper part of the shoe showcases a goldfish design, mirroring Yoimiya's constellations. Yoimiya was recently featured in the first banner of Genshin Impact version 3.7, alongside another Inazuma character named Yae Miko. Players eager to add Yoimiya to their roster may need to exercise patience, as her availability may be a few months away.
In terms of gameplay, Yoimiya specializes in dealing single-target damage, making her an ideal choice for prolonged boss battles. On the other hand, Hu Tao's playstyle is more intricate, as she excels at inflicting significant damage when her HP is low, necessitating players to be cautious and equip her with ample shields.
Hu Tao's last banner appearance occurred during the 3.4 update, alongside the Hydro user Yelan. Despite the introduction of numerous characters since then, this double banner remains Genshin Impact's highest-grossing event to date.
