Valve has clarified the rules of its Steam platform regarding the use of child labor and begging

Valve has updated its rules for using the Steam platform in order to improve the interaction between community members and protect users from fraud. The new rules will be more clear and detailed, with the aim of preventing exploitation of minors, calls to violence, deception, identity theft, and other actions that are considered illegal. Posting prohibited or inappropriate content is also prohibited, except for thematic content in game centers.

It is not allowed to violate the personal boundaries of other users, disclose their personal information, steal, publish defamation or hostile comments. These actions are prohibited with respect to Steam employees as well.
