New rumors have surfaced online about a possible remake of Metal Gear Solid 3. Some industry insiders are confident that the game will be a PlayStation exclusive and could be showcased at PlayStation Showcase. The editor of VGC, Andy Robinson, reported that Konami may indeed appear at the event, which is expected to take place in late May or early June. Currently, Sony has not announced an official date for the show.

At present, there is no information on what specifically may be shown from Konami at the event, but fans are hopeful for announcements regarding projects in the Metal Gear and Castlevania series.
