Microsoft has revealed that Grand Theft Auto 6 is expected to release in 2024. The Corporation provided such information to the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Microsoft refers to leaks that have previously appeared on the Internet.

At the moment, Microsoft continues to receive approval to purchase Activision Blizzard from various regulators around the world. The previous part of the GTA series, GTA V was released back in 2013 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A year later, the legendary game made its way to the PC, PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The total sales of GTA V amounted to more than 170 million copies.
