Game Presentation Schedule for June
It has historically been a tradition in the gaming industry to hold game presentations during the hot season. Previously, all of them were united by the E3 exhibition, in which they took place. Traditionally hosted in June, E3 is on the decline due to the coronavirus pandemic and the move to online.
In this regard, more and more companies are holding their own presentations online, but they are still traditionally scheduled for June. Many video game fans around the world are waiting for such events from game publishers, because they allow you to understand how the gaming industry will live for the next six months, or even a year.
From Sony PlayStation this year we should expect to show both exclusives from internal studios and projects for PS VR2, but announcements from third-party developers are also possible.
Jeff Keely has been trying since the beginning of the pandemic to create his own replacement for E3, namely the Summer Game Fest. Participants already include publishers such as Activision Blizzard, 2k, Bandai Namco, Capcom, Square Enix and many others.
Netflix has long announced its entry into the video game market, and as part of Netflix Geeked Week Gaming, the famous streaming service will finally show its plans for the gaming industry.
The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase will be the premier event for Xbox fans. After all, fans of the platform from Microsoft expect to see the company's plans for the development of the Xbox Game Pass service, trailers and gameplay videos of games from Xbox Game Studios, in particular Starfield, which has already been postponed to 2023, and Senua's Saga: Hellblade II.
A number of publishers have not yet announced the dates of their presentations, but it is clear that the main competition will be between the blue and green camps.
