FC Lorient became the winner of eLigue 1 2022

eLigue 1 2022 has come to an end. In the championship, which took place from March 8 to June 4 in France, ten representatives of local football clubs competed for a prize pool of €60,000. The winner of the tournament was the FC Lorient team, which in the grand final was stronger than the representatives of Olympique de Marseille with a score of 4:1.

The tournament for the future winner began with a confident performance in the group stage, during which FC Lorient won seven victories and suffered two defeats, thus earning 21 points and leading the standings.

However, according to the results of the eLigue 1 2022 group stage, AS Monaco Esports, Girondins de Bordeaux, Racing Club de Strasbourg and FC Nantes left.

Having made it to the playoffs, FC Lorient first coped with Paris Saint-Germain eSports (3:2), and then turned out to be stronger than Olympique de Marseille (4:1) in the grand final.
