According to a press release, the new talent additions are intended to provide a heightened focus to help shape, inform and measure what EXCEL is doing on the commercial front.

Carter, the new Chief Commercial Officer of EXCEL ESPORTS, has experience building partnerships with well-known brands such as UEFA and Visa. Although Carter has been with EXCEL since March 2021, this has just been announced. Bedford has worked in sales for the past three years, while Garner was most recently a member of the Bristol Student Union. Finally, Owen Betteridge does well after being in Human Race.

The increase in headquarters comes following the recent investment in EXCEL ESPORTS. In addition, the esports organization has partnered with companies such as Sony, AndaSeat, and Chupa Chups. EXCEL ESPORTS is currently represented in three disciplines - VALORANT, League of Legends and Fortnite.
